Room description

Choice of two comfortable, large double rooms available in a spacious, clean, detached house near to Queens Park.

Location

The house is situated just round the corner from Queens Park Golf course so has quick and easy access to the Wessex Way A35 and bus stops to all areas of Bournemouth and Poole. It’s within easy walking distance of the Hospital, JP Morgan, the Uni campus, the football stadium and Castlepoint.

There is also plenty of safe, secure on street parking available.

Many shops and facilities nearby: supermarkets (Co-op and Aldi), a chemist, a gym (Fitness First), takeaways, etc.

Upstairs Room

The room is a the rear of the house overlooking the garden. It is large and bright and furnished with a kingsize bed, Ikea wardrobe and double chest of drawers and a small sofa. There is a bathroom right next door.

Ground Floor Room

The room on the ground floor at the rear of the house overlooking the garden and has just been redecorated. It is light and spacious and furnished with an Ikea king size bed which has a brand new quality mattress, a huge quadruple wardrobe, drawers and a leather armchair. There is a bathroom right next door.

Bathrooms

There are three bathrooms in the house in total, two of which are just for lodgers to share.

Housemates

Our current lodgers are friendly, working professionals, a mix of male and female. The household has a relaxed, warm and sociable atmosphere.

Kitchen

Spacious kitchen facilities to share including lots of cupboard space, 2 fridge freezers and all the kitchen equipment required: plates, cutlery, pans, airfryers, microwaves, slow cooker, etc. There is a dining area with a table and chairs.

Outside we provide a seating area with a picnic bench and an undercover area for smoking and bike storage.

Cleaning of the shared areas and bathrooms, fast wifi and all bills included.
