Hi, I am 42 years old, live in Alfreton De55. I have a double loft room to rent. Available from 22nd December. I live with my 21 year old daughter and 3 year old, bouncy lab, she is crate trained. It would be a shared bathroom. My daughter commutes to Uni, and i am offering my room out to help with cost of living. I have a nice garden and parking is fine. I am looking for around £115 a week, all bills would be included and i have wifi. I work from home apart from Wednesdays. Please let me know if you would be interested.
