Hello!
LOOKING IDEALLY FOR A COUPLE (inviduals dm as higher rent)
My housemates whom are a couple, are moving out to London and I'd like to stay! This is a 2 bed now has a room available and has been quite affordable as we split the rent between the 3 of us which makes it around 610 with bills/tax included.
If you are an individual looking to share this space please message for further details! (Rent would be around 950 for an individual, however we can discuss rooms and possibly using the living room as a second room to make the rent more fair)
About the house 🏠
2 bed flat in a house with a downstairs lovely neighbour. There is 1 bathroom with a great shower/bath. We have a kitchen that has more limited prep space so looking for someone who doesn't pile dishes up and keeps clean otherwise plenty of space for a table to eat at 😊 We have a livingroom with a TV, consoles and streaming options along with extra storage
The house has no end to extra storage so should you need the option is there!
Parking 🚗
We have permits right outside our house, although just across the tunnel a 2 min walk is free parking.
Location 📍
Poets corner! 1 minute walk from aldrington train station, 4 min walk to the closest bus stop, 30 seconds from the nearest corner shop and a 5 min walk to a local Sainsbury's and any takeouts 🙂
About me 😄
I'm 25 working as a product engineer/designer so I work partly from home and in the workshop. I usually play games in the evening on my pc or I'd be downstairs watching some TV if you'd like a good chinwag. I enjoy going out hiking, boardgame nights and reading so Im a mix of social and keep to myself

Looking for clean individuals that will help look after the space and make it feel homely 🙂 it's not a party household as it's a chilled neighbourhood (so respectful of noise in the evenings ) I'd like people who are happy to be social but also happy to take it easy.
