🇵🇱 ROOM IN ABINGDON IN EXCHANGE FOR SOME CHILDCARE SUPPORT
I am offering a furnished double room in Abingdon (OX14) at a reduced rent in exchange for some agreed help with childcare for my 9-year-old daughter.
I am looking for a responsible, calm and reliable person who could:
Be at home from 7:00–8:30am in the morning.
Be at home from approximately 3:30–6:00pm, when my daughter returns from school.
Occasionally stay at home in the evening or during school holidays.
My daughter is independent and easy-going. The exact hours and type of help would be agreed together in advance.
In return, I would offer the room at a lower-than-market rent, reflecting the agreed childcare support. The childcare support expected is only being present at the house during those hours where i am still at work. Child is almost grown up and self caring
🇵🇱 A Polish-speaking person / Polish national would be especially welcome.
This arrangement would be particularly suitable for someone who works or studies in Abingdon/Oxford, is looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and would like to reduce their accommodation costs in exchange for some regular but manageable childcare support.
References and appropriate checks will be required before moving in.
