Room description
Looking for another student to take over the lease on my room in a 7 bedroom student property, located in Aberystwyth near the castle and the marina. The lease is for the rest of the academic year (ending 1st June). The property has 2 shared bathrooms, 2 shared kitchens, a shared living space, and a small back yard. It is a short walk into town and only about a 2 minute walk from Tesco, and there is on street parking for those who drive. There is a washing machine located in the downstairs kitchen. There are currently 5 boys and 1 girl who are social but respectful (not overly noisy) - anybody is welcome however unfortunately this is a student only let.
