An extremely well-presented property located close to the heart of Worcester. There are 5 rooms, all furnished with a bed desk chair, wardrobe, free-view tv point, double bed, and an orthopaedic mattress.

The property has been converted for a modern feel and is well placed for access to the city with easy access to world-class restaurants and local pubs.

Location and Transport:

The house is located in the city centre of Worcester and CLOSE to the central train station Foregate Station is only a SHORT 10 MINUTES WALK AWAY.

Also conveniently located a few minutes walk away is the three bus stops that go DIRECTLY to all areas of Worcester (North, South, East and West)

The House and Room:

The house has one large communal area - kitchen/ dining area, with a Smart 43 inch TV; including one large fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine and tumble dryer! There is also a private gated rear garden perfect for chilling out in the summer months.


BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price, so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), unlimited access to high-speed broadband (wifi). Council tax will be paid separately for £25pcm via direct debit. There is also our friendly CLEANING TEAM that will clean all the communal area EVERY WEEK!!


This is a professional house share so we can, therefore, only consider working professionals. We are looking for similar like-minded housemates. Smokers are welcome, but you are required to smoke outside.
