Hi, my name is Charley and I am currently looking for a house mate to share my 3 bed flat. I am 27 and a professional Dog Handler with a passion for animals with an easy going personality. I love to be outdoors and enjoy long walks, playing rugby and dancing.

I have 1 double room to rent in my 3 bed flat in West Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. It’s a quiet area with off street parking, close travel connections (Cheshunt Station: 7min, Cuffley Station:10mins, A10 and M25) and 10 min walk to Brookfields Shopping Center . With leisure facilities close by, it’s also accessible to large parks and outdoor pursuits.

The room is furnished with a dresser, wardrobe, bedside table and a choice of a double or king size bed frame; please note, this will not include a mattress. Virgin, wifi and all other utilities are all included within the £750pcm (rent, water, council tax, gas and electric) There is also access to a large private garden and indoor/secure outhouse where bikes and other items can be stored.
