I am renting my spare double room which is a bright large room with built in wardrobes and all bills included, comes with double bed and kettle and also a mini fridge, has arm chair and 2 dining chairs and 2 bedside tables, must be ok with cats and dog, being a gay male here has to be gay friendly, shared bathroom and kitchen and shared garden, broadband included 900mb full fibre, all bills included, anything else you would like to know just message. I don’t ask for deposit but I do ask for 4 weeks rent upfront so when you leave you give me 4 weeks notice , currently have someone in the room untill so won’t be able to do viewings untill they have moved out.
