Room description
We have a very large furnished character double room with window seats and a decorative fireplace. It is south-facing and sunny and overlooks fields. The room has recently been updated, and has a living area, table and chairs, double gas lift storage bed, sofa, wardrobe, built-in storage cupboard with hanging rails and shelves. The house is a large detached house in Willington, a lovely village located 1.5 miles outside of Shipston-on-Stour. There is a shared kitchen and a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle, shared with one other person. Therefore you can be pretty much on your own, or mix with others in the house as you prefer. There is a large garden and ample off-road parking. £675 per calendar month. Bills are included, and we have high-speed broadband. We have three cats, so we cannot have any other pets in the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
