Room description

Hello and welcome. I have a spacious ensuite, double room with a large span of wardrobe area to let to one person. It is on the ground floor and is equipped with a television, large chest of drawers bedside cabinets and own fridge and washing machine.

Reduction for Monday to Friday lettings.

I also have a single bedroom with private bathroom if two rooms were needed.

Minimum rental period of three months, but may be possible to negotiate less.

The house is situated in a quiet location, but there is a railway line close by.

I have a part-time office job in Sevenoaks and have lived in the area for many years.

I enjoy spending time with family, history, walking, nature, travel, cooking, coffee with friends, crafts and cinema. I am friendly, but respect personal space and I like to keep the house reasonably tidy and clean and it is important to me that anyone interested has the same way of being.
