The rent is for a one student but a couple can share the room - rent £700.00 per month
All the bills are included in the rent.

Furnished bedroom with 4' bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, easy chair, desk and & office chair
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob, combination microwave oven and dishwasher
The bathroom has a good sized corner shower
The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the downstairs kitchen
The sitting room and garden is a communal area
Bedding can be rented - one off £30.00 for duvet, pillow, sheets and covers. Towels are also available if required (5.00)
Shops and amenities are within walking distance, including a chemist and post office.
It is a 23 minutes walk to The University of Birmingham. There is a bus stop close to the house, on a regular bus route to Birmingham University and also another for Aston University, The Dental Hospital, BCU etc.
