Welcome to our home,

We have 2 rooms left from 1st in a luxurious student home. We are advertising now as this home is quickly snapped up for the next academic year.

This can be taken either as a group of 2 students or as 2 individual people. The great thing about this house is that most people taking on the lease are not part of an existing group and are looking to make new friends.

The rooms have a private lock and are furnished with a single beds although a double can be provided in one of the rooms. There is matching beech wood furniture including an wooden desk, single wardrobe, leather gas chair, wooden flooring, book shelf, Glass sink and vanity unit, TV and wireless broadband.

The rooms vary in price depending on the size (excluding bills):

There is a very large kitchen with an 8 hob range cooker, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, double sink, x 2 fridge freezers and ample storage.

There is a conservatory with matching dining table and chairs and leather sofas. Additionally there is a 36" TV, stereo system with air-conditioning.

There is room for parking at the front and a rear garden which

includes outdoor seating and BBQ - great for the summer weather after exams! The house is fully alarmed with an intercom system for added security.

This rooms are available from SEP 2019.

The house itself is a 20 min walk from main campus and a 10 min walk from selly oak campus or the train station making it accessible for BCU students. There are local shops close to the house and a lovely park which is ideal for running. There are also 3 close bus stops.
