Room description

This 8-bed house is available from 1st July 2020 for the next academic year. One room is suitable for a couple. Two of the rooms have been taken.

The ground floor has a lounge and kitchen, shower room and toilet, with access to the garden and bike shed. There is another lounge and kitchen on the 1st floor, along with three bedrooms and a full bathroom; and there are 2 more bedrooms on the top floor.

The bedrooms have double or small double beds, a desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. It is just under 3/4 mile to Cardiff Uni, so about a 15 min walk. The comprehensive selection of shops in Albany Road is just around the corner, together with all the takeaways you could ever need, and Roath Park recreation ground is a few minutes away. There is a small garden with picnic bench and table and room for a barbecue, and there is also a covered bike shelter with direct access via a locked gate to the street.

There are no fees or other hidden costs. The rent from £385 (£505 for a couple) includes bills (gas, electricity, water/sewerage, and the current broadband / TV package is £5.50 each). We charge half rent for July and August if you're not there. There is a £350 deposit per person.
