The property has been totally refurbished and includes Wi-Fi wireless internet, 42" Plasma TV with Virgin V+ Digital TV including all SPORTS & MOVIE channels and a DVD Player. A BRAND NEW large fully equipped kitchen has been upgraded with all the latest facilities, each tenant has their own secure fridge/freezer and storage, 2 washer-dryer machines / dishwasher / 4 ovens / gas cooker / microwave and a waste disposal unit. There are 3 bathrooms (1-shower & wc / 2-shower &wc / 3- wc). The common area provides a nice meeting area for all residents to relax in a warm and friendly environment. The rent is all-inclusive for all facilities and services available at the property (incl Council Tax and Water rates as well). A cleaner visits the property once every week to maintain the common areas.
