You would be living in a comfortable, very clean house, with a landlord that cares about his tenants (and it's not there to just take your money).

About the flat
There are five bedrooms in the flat (four Double Rooms, and a Large Double Room), and two bathrooms (with shower). The flat is big and spacious, and very bright.
Other tenants are nice, hardworking professionals and postgrad students, friendly people that will respect your space but are also open to have a nice time and a good laugh. It's a friendly place where you can have your own peaceful space, and you won't be sharing with obnoxious people!
Graduate owner (Tony) willing to help (if required) with developing and proof reading assignments, for no charge at all. Also help with English language and culture.
