Room description

Double room available in the village of Middleton available from the new year.

Shared open plan kitchen/living area and shared bathroom (with a bath!). There is a small patio area outside with flower beds and a BBQ. Plenty of on-street parking available.

I am looking for a polite, professional individual to share the house. £600pcm including bills. I am sociable but also out of the house a lot due to work and other commitments. Would prefer to live with someone who is equally busy and active.
