Room description

I have a spacious double room to rent in my characterful flat in the iconic Junction Works. Located in the Piccadilly Basin oasis, Junction Works is just 5mins walk from Piccadilly station / Northern Quarter / Aldi / Gym and overlooks a quaint canal inlet.

As a Grade ll converted mill; the flat combines characterful brick walls, wooden struts and metal beams with clean modern living. It's very light and airy, and also quiet considering being in the city centre. The communal areas both inside and next to the canal are kept to a high standard, and there is bike storage in a gated compound to the rear.

As I'm a live-in landlord, I've kitted out the flat very nicely with good quality appliances - nothing cheap and nasty here! I'm looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to stay in the 2nd bedroom, which has a double bed and spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is shared, but is very big so has plenty of space for toiletries!

In terms of me... I'm a sociable guy, and spend quite a few evenings out and about, but also enjoy a cosy night in. Looking for someone fun and friendly that likes to chill as well as venture out and do exciting things! I'm not a night owl, so not looking for someone that has strange working/living hours. Always nice to fit in to each other's lifestyles.

As I hope you can tell from the pictures, I keep my flat in very good condition, so you MUST be clean and tidy and actively contribute with chores. I want to have a friendly relationship rather than act like your parent/landlord!

The flat also comes with the added benefit of being able to use the private sitting/BBQ area next to the canal. Perfect time to move in with the summer approaching!
