My name is AdhauraMadhuri, and I will be joining the University of Manchester as a postgraduate student from September 2026. I am a 26-year-old female international student currently looking for accommodation in Manchester.
I came across your room listings and would like to know whether these rooms are rented to individual tenants. I have attached screenshots of the rooms I am interested in.
Could you please let me know:
- Whether the rooms will be available from September 2026
- What the booking/rental process is like
- Whether online viewing or virtual tours are available, as I am currently outside the UK
My main priorities are having good heating and bills included in the rent, so that I do not have to worry about additional expenses and can focus properly on my studies.
I would also appreciate any additional information regarding tenancy duration, deposit requirements, and included facilities.
