Room to rent in Middlesbrough town ctr. 5 mins walk to ctr and Teesside uni. 15min by bus to James Cook Hospital. Flat is in a very quite and desirable area in the town. Furnished to a high standard. This would suit a full time student or a full time working professional person, or maybe a hospital worker. Sorry but only full time working people will be considered NO DHSS.

The successful candidate will have access to all flat areas, as l will not be there

very much. l all so have cctv monitoring front entrance and surrounding parking area.

l would expect room mate NOT to have parties,

all so no more than 3 guests at any one time in his/her room.
