Room description

Two bright spacious double bedrooms are currently available to rent in a large, fully-furnished 3-bedroomed flat located in the scenic Scottish Borders town of Selkirk. This extremely spacious and attractively decorated flat comprises an integral part of a tasteful 19th century former coaching house conversion and offers high quality, shared accommodation ideally suited to two sharing professionals.

The accommodation is close to local/trunk bus stops and bus routes (the main A7 route between Edinburgh and Carlisle is just around the corner). On-street parking is available on the road outside the flat and free parking is also available in the large car park situated just around the corner. There is a good selection of local shops, convenience stores, restaurants and pubs also situated just around the corner, and the flat is conveniently located for the Borders General Hospital and Borders College campuses. There is an easy commute to Edinburgh by car or by bus (i.e. via the bus routes indicated, or by use of the Borders railway via the stations at Galashiels and Tweedbank: both are close by and easily accessible by bus or by car, and park-and-ride facilities are also available).

In addition to the private bedrooms the flat has a large lounge/dining room,fully equipped adjacent kitchen with hi-level oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, DVD player and assorted DVD's, full range of utensils and kitchen appliances with ample cupboard space, ante-room/utility area, good size bathroom/toilet with shower and a main entrance/stairs/cloaks /reception area (see pics.).
