Room description

I currently have 3 high quality fully furnished double room savailable from 27th March 2019 in a quiet, professional house with all bills included in the rent. It is a shared house aimed at individual professional, mature people or mature students in the St Judes / Lipson area, 10 mins walk from Plymouth City Centre. The current tenants are 1 working female and 1 working male. Their occupations are Marine Security Analyst & Care Worker

The house is a 2 storey terraced house equipped with a range of solid wooden furniture and other quality furnishings to compliment the house. A new boiler has recently been installed.

The kitchen and utility area are equipped with modern hob and gas cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, fridge and separate freezer and there is a decent sized patio area at the back of the house. There is a downstairs shower-room with shower, basin and toilet, as well as an upstairs bathroom, with shower, bath, basin and wc. The facilities are shared between 5 people in total.

Room 1: £325 per month. The room is situated on the first floor at the rear of the property and is quiet. There is a leather ottoman style double bed with lift up storage beneath with recent good quality mattress. The room has a sink, mirror, and vanity unit plus a built in wardrobe, chair, dressing table, bedside table and lamp. It is clean, has a radiator and recently fitted upvc double glazing. The door is lockable.

Room 2: £345 per month. The room is situated on the ground floor at the rear of the property and is quiet. There is a divan style double bed with storage beneath with good quality mattress. The room has a mirror, and vanity unit plus wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, dressing table, bedside table and lamp. It is clean, has a radiator and upvc double glazing. The door is lockable.

Room 3: £350 per month. This is a large double room. The room is situated on the ground floor at the front of the property and is very light. There is a wooden kingsize bed with storage beneath with recent good quality mattress. The room has a desk plus a wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers, shelf unit, bookcase, bedside table and lamp. It is clean, has a radiator and recently fitted upvc double glazing. The door is lockable.

All bills are included in the rent (electricity, gas, wifi internet, council tax, water rates, TV license, cleaner etc.). All rooms have TV points.

I am looking for professional people or quiet and considerate later year undergraduate or post graduate students who would like to live in a quiet environment. They must be very considerate to the other tenants and the house.

Deposit is one months rent and minimum preferred contract length is 6 months, though shorter lets may be considered. No couples, DSS, children or pets I'm afraid.
