Room description

**TWO DOUBLE ROOMS AVAILABLE NOW**

This HUGE boutique style property, named 'The Steam Packet Inn' has a very unique and quirky style. It is a listed building as it used to be an old Inn in the early 1900s but has recently been renovated to a very high standard giving it a 'hotel style' feel, making it a homely place to live. We have a great set of professional tenants living there who keep the house really lovely and very tidy. The property offers a sprawling roof terrace which is a great outdoor space, great for contemporary living. Both rooms are good sized doubles(£475pcm) and are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe/drawers, TV and a wash basin.

All bedrooms have a lock on the door and strong wireless internet is available throughout the house. It is a house share specifically for working professionals so ideal for making new friends if you are new to the area.

The property is on the Marina which is fast becoming the most popular area to live in Ipswich for working professionals. It’s a 10 minute walk from the town center, and a 1 minute walk from local Tesco and other shops and takeaways and is very close to the university building. The train station is about a 15-20 walk or 5 minutes in a car if there is no traffic. The communal areas are cleaned twice weekly by a cleaner (included in rent) and they consist of a large kitchen/dinner, a small additional kitchen; both complete with all appliances, 3 bathrooms, 4 shower rooms, 3 cloakrooms and a good size lounge with computer bench area suitable for working. ALL bills, council tax, TV licence etc are included in the price. Let me know if you are interested or would like any more information or photos, we would love to hear from you. Lucy and Laura :-)
