We have a small room to let in our beautifully located 6th floor flat with stunning sea views in Furze Hill area
The room is available from 15th May 2019 and we need two references at least please .
The location is central to Hove and Brighton and about 15 mins from Brighton station walking , 5mins on the bus but is in the beautiful Furze Hill area close to the St Anne’s Wells Park.
The room is unfurnished .There is a small built in wardrobe in the room as well .
The flat has a tidy Modern kitchen and a bathroom.The room is south facing with a lovely view, very nice and with plenty of sun and a superb sea view .The flat is 1 minute from the lovely St Anne's Wells Gardens so almost like having a big garden at your doorstep :)Theres also a comunual garden to use which is spacious and tbh not used that much so you can have it to yourself without being disturbed
The flat is currently shared with (1 m / 1 f)and we are very friendly easy going ,and we are looking for a quiet, clean and TIDY person to share with tactile at the same time.

We are very easy going neat and tidy and very friendly flatmates with an interest in Arts, Live Music socialising ,travelling and watching informative films and as well as good comedies.
