I currently have 1 fully furnished double room available from 27th March 2019 in a quiet professional house with all bills included in the rent. It is a shared house with only mature, professional people (3 males & 1 female, currently 2 Retail Managers, 1 Care Worker, 1 NHS worker) in a nice street in the Mutley area, 10 mins walk from Plymouth City Centre.
The house is a 2 storey terraced house which has been renovated to a high spec and equipped with solid wood furniture and other top quality furnishings to compliment the house.
There is a lounge complete with a leather sofa and flat screen cable TV. Virgin cable WIFI is also provided. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all cutlery, crockery, utensils, modern halogen hob, double fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large fridge plus large freezer and a decent sized patio area at the back of the house with a range of garden furniture. There is ample secure bike storage available. There are two clean shower-rooms and 2 WCs. The house is gas centrally heated and double glazed.
The street benefits from residents parking only between 8-10 am Mon-Sat with permits only £30 per year.
The guys that live here are hard-working, clean, tidy and sociable. I'm looking for the same, male or female, professional people or a mature in attitude student.
Room 3 is a large double room, located upstairs at the rear of the property and available from 27th March 2019. The rent is £340 per month inc all bills. The deposit is £340 to be held with the DPS. The minimum stay is 6 months but hopefully you'll be happy to stay much longer! The room is furnished with quality furniture inc an pine wardrobe, bedside cabinet, large chest of drawers, desk, chair, double bed and mattress. The door is lockable.
A reference/credit check fee of £25 only applies.
