I have a double room available immediately on a first come first served basis in Yardley - postcode is B25 8AY - ( Birmingham), - situated just off the main A45 Coventry Rd, with easy access to NEC, Birmingham airport, M42/ M6, Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham city centre, Acocks Green, Solihull, and all surrounding areas. There is a main bus stop within 1 mins walk of the house, with the numbers 57, 58, 59, 60, 590, 876 and 900 buses to take all over Birmingham – 15 minutes from city centre (just by New Street Station) via X1. It is also only 10 mins walk to number 11 outer circle bus route at Swan island. There are an abundance of local and main shops within walking distance (incl large Tesco and Asda) and the house itself is fully furnished, centrally heated, double glazed, with all mod cons throughout, there is a communal kitchen and lounge area, newly renovated bathroom with bath and shower, and high quality fibre optic broadband. The rooms are all very well naturally lit. All of the three other housemates (2 male, 1 female) are respectable hard working people. The room, and house, is a must view. The house is looked after by my brother (I live in Ireland) - he collects the rent and does the viewings, etc. The rent per room (including all domestic bills) is £380 per calendar month for an individual, the refundable deposit is only £100.
