I am a young professional looking to rent out 1 room in my beautiful new home. I am a Christian and I would consider myself to be social and easy going. I enjoy a range of activities from sports to cooking and sewing.
I am looking for 2 lodgers to rent 2 rooms in my house. Lodgers must be respectful, tidy, trustworthy and easy to get along with.
Rent includes gas, water, electricity, cable TV, Internet and council tax bills.
Room 1 - £650 p/m (all bills incl.)
Double room with ensuite â€• room comes fully furnished with double ottoman bed (bed lifts up so you can store things underneath) with all bedding included, wardrobe and bedside table with lamp. The dÃƒÂ©cor of the room is neutral and the room is very light and airy. The ensuite has a shower, sink, toilet and towel heater.
Room 2 £600 p/m (all bills incl.)
Double room with family bathroom next door - room comes fully furnished with double ottoman bed (bed lifts up so you can store things underneath) with all bedding included, wardrobe and bedside table with lamp. The décor of the room is neutral and the room is very light and airy. The family bathroom is situated next door to this room and the lodger will have sole use of this bathroom most of the time. The family bathroom has a bathtub with a shower overhead, sink, toilet and towel heater.
The living room is decorated to a sophisticated taste and has a sofa, coffee table and tv with cable and Wi-Fi internet.
The kitchen/dining area is fitted and decorated to a high standard with all new modern appliances including a microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and electric hob. The dining area has space for 6 people. All crockery and cooking utensils and equipment are provided and can be shared.
There is a separate utility room at the side of the kitchen with a washer/dryer.
There is a downstairs WC with a toilet and sink and under the stairs cupboard space.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (including the room to rent) and 1 family bathroom. There is a third bedroom which will be used as a study/guest room. It has a day bed (which can be made into a double bed), a desk, chair and a lamp.
On the second floor is the master bedroom which will be my room.
At the back of the house is a garden which can be accessed from the dining area or the utility room. The garden also has a gate which can be used to again access to and from the garage and driveway. The garage has space for one car but will mainly be used for additional storage and the driveway can fit 2-3 cars.
The house is fitted with a security, smoke and carbon-monoxide alarm.
This property is perfectly situated on Foleshill road and is:
• less than 1.5 miles north east of the city centre (10 mins by car )
• 2.2 miles to the Ricoh area (10 mins by car )
• Less than 2 miles to 24 Hour Tesco Extra (10 mins by car )
• 2.2. miles to Coventry train station (10 mins by car )
• 1.3 miles to Pool Meadow Bus and Coach station (less than 10 mins by car)
• Less than 3 minutes by car to get on the Coventry ring road
• Less than 10 minutes to get on the M6
There is a bus stop outside the housing development that is less than a 5 minute walk.
