University of Northumbria is 20mins walk maximum (4 min drive) or 1. 8 miles away, Newcastle university even closer and finally Newcastle college is also within 1 mile

Very safe area, quiet neighbours and parking in on street and free.

Supermarket (ASDA), shops, takeaways and corner shops galore all within 1 min walk. There is also a local gym very close by as well as dentist and doctors its situated in a quiet street.
