Your private room has a full-sized bed (replaced 3months ago) and has just been painted. There are also two built-in closets along the wall with more than enough space for clothes etc... The room also has a private ensuite with a shower, toilet, and sink.


The main bathroom hosts a large bath/electric shower along with toilet and sink.

Kitchen: Built in fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine (replaced in 2017) and a gas hob along with a spaces sink/drying area.

The Neighbourhood:

Hopetoun Street is one of those little gems in Edinburgh, once you turn off the top of Leith walk it becomes nice and quiet and you forget you're in the Capital. If you love a busy city then you're only a 15min-20min walk away from Princess Street, Waverly Station and the Tram.
