The room is a nice size with ample storage space. Again the pictures just don't do it justice, it has to be seen to be truly appreciated.
The property includes all mod cons including modern remote app controlled central heating (to help with efficient energy usage).
There is also a maintenance free back garden with a secure garage that is used by the tenants for bike storage.
Superfast 200mb/s Internet Broadband is included. All other bills water, gas and electricity are payable by tenants. Sensible energy use will mean that in the warmer months the bills should be for a full house approximately £15-£25 per month maybe rising to £20 - £35 per month for each tenant in the colder months. Energy saving tips will be offered, everything is in place including advanced insulation to help keep energy costs down.
The minimum rental period from December will be 6-9 months. The deposit amount is 1 months rent. This is a private rent so no other fees are applicable.

The 4 current tenants are all Warwick University PHD Students 2 female and 2 male. They are very friendly, well organised and they keep the property is the same pristine condition it was given. Any new tenant would be expected to do the same.
