The house is well-maintained, clean and comfortable with large, well-equipped kitchens, utility room, beautiful big sitting/dining room and smaller TV room. TV points in bedrooms.
Tenants are considerate and peaceful professionals. House not suitable for parties as tenants are working people but there is a friendly atmosphere. Visits from one or two peaceful friends are fine. Student would be considered if sensible.
Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, wifi and licence for communal TV. 24-hour emergency management call-out service, weekly cleaner of communal rooms. Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated at cost price (£4 to wash a commercial-sized load, 50p to dry).
