Beautiful, newly refurbished double room. The tenants are very welcoming and considerate young professionals. House is on a quiet street near town centre. Sunny courtyard with secure shed for bicycles etc. On-street parking is easy and there is a free public car park nearby.
Rent includes housebills (inc. council tax, electricity, gas, fibre optic wifi, licence for communal TV, clothes washing and drying facilities).
The house is comfortable & well-maintained and there is 24 hour cover for emergencies.
Unsuitable for parties as everyone works & the house is terraced but a visit from a peaceful friend is fine.
No smoking or strictly outside only.
