I have a large double room to let. Room has a super king bed, 2 double wardrobes and inbuilt storage.

The room is in a quiet house and would suit a mature, tidy and quiet professional who works in the area or Manchester.

The house has a living area, kitchen, large garden, two parking spaces on the drive of which one is available to whoever rents the room. It has been recently updated throughout.

The house is close to local shops such as the Coop, Aldi and to Crownpoint shopping centre. There is a local train station with frequent trains to Manchester Piccadilly.

Please note that pets are not allowed.
