Totally non-smoking household. Smokers are welcome to smoke outside in the courtyard. The existing housemates are pleasant, tidy and quiet and are all working professionals.

No Pets. No drug takers, ex-cons, illegals or time wasters!

Only 10 mins away from Asda and within walking distance of the post office.

It would be difficult to find a shared property that provides this amount of living space. Most shared houses have limited communal areas and are divided into as many letting rooms as possible but this house offers significantly more space than average with a lovely bright and airy lounge and dining area for the use of all occupants.

There is a TV aerial and ample power points in the room.

The rent is inclusive of all utility bills and council tax. Absolutely no hidden extras to pay the landlord.
