We have 3 gorgeous rooms in a modern house becoming available with relaxed housemates...WIFI, SKY TV, a weekly Cleaner, Garden and lounge, ALL bills included. 5 mins to station sharing with young easygoing professionals.

We currently have 3 really lovely modern rooms becoming available in newly refurbished houses in Central Chelmsford and are now taking bookings for viewings (both daytime and evenings). All of our houses are decorated and furnished to feel like homes rather than just rentals. The properties are a 5 minute walk from Chelmsford centre and the train station. (a true 5 minutes)

Currently available are:

1) A very large newly decorated double room, all mod cons, close to the centre of Chelmsford. Shared kitchen, dining room & lounge (tv and cable), Large Garden and BBQ area, parking and storage, The room is fully furnished with solid pine furniture (or can be rented as unfurnished). The rent is £115 per week inclusive of all bills, Broadband, SKY TV and a Weekly Cleaner.

2) All of the above but a reasonable size single room is £86 per week inclusive of all bills, Broadband, SKY TV and a weekly cleaner. NOW LET

3) A lovely modern double room with its own full size ensuite bathroom, including full size bath etc, in a modern house in central chelmsford. Shared kitchen & lounge (tv and Sky+), Large Garden and BBQ area, parking and storage, Broadband, SKY TV and a Weekly Cleaner, plus all mod cons. The room is fully furnished with solid pine furniture at £128 per week fully inclusive(or can be rented as unfurnished).
