To move in you will need to pay your first month rent and deposit. No hidden charges and costs to the tenants apart from an initial £150 admin fee winch will cover referencing, credit checking, inventories for your room.
To secure the room you put down a £200 holding deposit while referencing is carried out. This is non refundable if you decide not to take the room later, or if you fail referencing due to circumstances you have not informed us about such as a CCJ court order.
However, if you do move in. This money is then put towards the Admin fee mentioned above, and the remaining £50 from the holding deposit will go towards your first month rent.
