Room description

I was due to live here from 6th September 2025 to 29th August 2026. However, due to personal reasons I can no longer live here and require someone to take over my tenancy from the dates stated above as long as you pay the tenancy. The money you would pay would go directly to Vita Student Accommodation and you would have to pay the full amount for the year (51 weeks) and need to be a student. It is in an excellent location about 5 mins from the university and St Davids shopping centre where there is plenty of parking but this would have to be paid for separately. You will be on the 11th floor (Room PP-1104) with fantastic views and a gym, study place, games room, laundry room and all you can eat breakfast included in the rent from Monday to Friday. There are bikes for hire and the building is next to Bute Park. There is a 24/7 on-site team and reception. All bills and Wifi included in the rent. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
