Room description

There are three rooms available from late January or February 2020 and several rooms available from July 2020 in this 8-bed house in Roath at a rent for each room of £385 (£395 next year) per month including all bills including Council Tax but excluding internet and TV (the current package is £5 extra).

All the bedrooms are fully furnished with small double beds, desk and chair and plenty of clothes storage space. There is one large kitchen / living room and a smaller kitchen on the 1st floor. There is a bathroom (with bath, basin and toilet), a separate toilet with basin and a newly fitted out shower room (with large shower cubicle, toilet and basin). The kitchens are fully equipped and there is a washing machine and a tumble drier.

Outside there is a garden with table and chairs, plenty of space for a BBQ, and a secure bike shed.

We are private landlords who own five properties in Cardiff: three 8-bed houses and a 7-bed in Roath and a six bed in Adamsdown, and details of all are on our website - we are CardiffHomes4Students - google us to find our website and see our 5-star reviews. This house at 44 Moy Road is about a mile from the City Centre. There is a comprehensive selection of shops and cafes, together with all the takeaways you could ever need, in Albany Road and Wellfield Road, just around the corner. Roath Park recreation ground is a few minutes the other way.

There are no fees or other hidden costs. We are registered with and licensed by Rent Smart Wales and Cardiff Council.
