We are looking for a tenant to replace our current house sharer. The property is a modern 3 bedroom townhouse near Salford Quays.

A spacious double bedroom with ensuite, unfurnished.

ABOUT US

We are a friendly gay couple, both young professionals working in creative industries. We like to watch TV and films, socialise with friends and travel. We have a well behaved 3 year old small dog, so our new housemate must be dog friendly :)

IDEAL HOUSEMATE

We're used to house sharing as we have for the last few years. We are easy going and friendly. The ideal housemate would be clean and tidy and easy to get along with. We are social and wouldn't mind spending time together but also we know how to respect personal space. Reliable, friendly and chill is what we're looking for in the new housemate, and you can expect the same from us.

THE PROCESS

The new housemate will have to formally apply to our agent, Grainger properties which will include referencing and any fees required. The new tenant will also need to reimburse our current housemates their deposit of £550. This is because the agent cannot release the deposit until the tenancy ends, so you will receive our current sharers deposit when the tenancy ends. The tenancy for this property ends May 2020.
