If you are a student looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy runs until end of July 2019.
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible! at Bridge Street Exchange accommodation in Cardiff. I have already started moving all my belongings out and the room is available to move into RIGHT AWAY.
Bridge Exchange is located in the actually centre of the city 1 min away from St David’s shopping centre, 30 seconds away from Cineworld cinema (if you jog trust me, I have done it a few times) 10-15 min walk to Cardiff Uni, 8-10 min USW and a 25 min bus ride to Cardiff Met Cyncoed (1 min away from the bus stop).
£155 pw, All bills inclusive (internet, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi), located next to Cardiff Queen Street (2 min walk), The room includes a double bed with under bed storage, a beautiful bathroom, a large kitchen and living area with an amazing view (even at night).
Great facilities; gym, washing machine room, two balconies, study rooms ect. A lot of social events (everyone mainly shows up for the free pizza), I’ve met a lot of interesting people from all over and would definingly recommend leaving your room :).
✓ Room on the 19th floor room 2A. Two flat mates both male both nice and very quiet and keeps to themselves (ones a bit funny lol)
✓ Shared kitchen and living Room, only ONE of them uses the shared kitchen/ living area he is very clear. (means more space for you). 😊
✓A lot of storage space in both the bedroom and kitchen.
✓ The staff and night security are both very lovely and easy to talk too which is not the case at all accommodations (although the manager looks grump half the time).
✓ 10-15 minute to anywhere in the city centre
X Fire alarm test 30sec every Monday at 12:45 (which can be annoying if you are trying to sleep in)
✓ Beautiful View from the 19th floor when eating your breakfast (If you enjoy taking pictures of the sunrise/sunset)

The tenancy runs until 20th July (if you speak to staff can be extended)
