Single Room just been panted and decorated new furniture blinds ect i have a very clean and well looked after home . Looking for a professional works day hours has to be clean and tidy it's a very quite grove parking . Bus on door 5 mins from erdington high st 20 to city . Use of all amenities shower use of kitchen garden all I ask is living room is my private space . Must like dogs really friendly . Any views available call steve .
