You'll be conveniently close to the cafes and bus-stops on West Road, with great access to the city centre. It's just 20 minutes by bus, or 10 minutes by car. The bus stop is 200 metres from the house, and there's free parking right by the door.
NO DEPOSIT, NO RISK
You won't be asked for a deposit. I just ask for two months' rent to start with, with no charge for your final month.
