We are a nice and friendly bunch looking for 1 more professional girl and offering 1 large double bedroom in a large and beautiful semi-detached family home recently extended and refurbished. Nice medium size garden with covered pergola and patio. Free parking in the street. BT broadband included. Council tax and all bills included. 

Less than 10mn walk from RUH. 30mn from city centre. 2mn from Weston High street and shops. Close to 2 bus lines. 5mn from Cotswold way and hills. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Easy access to motorway.

Large bright room at the front of the house (south-west) with nice view on Kelston Hill. Huge double glazed window. Very large cupboard with hanging space and shelves. Very good quality double bed, desk and chair. Black out curtain. Brand new laminate floor easy to clean. Next to bathroom shared with 2 other female lodgers only. All lodgers have also access to the ground floor shower-room. Gas central heating. Double glazing. 

Very international house: French, Polish, English and Myanmar. All lodgers work at the RUH.A very quiet but friendly home where everybody respects each other. A perfect place to relax after a long day at work. We enjoyed friendly shared dinners time to time or a glass of wine together. Lodgers have their own brand new kitchen/dinner/sitting-room. Shared washing-machine and drier. Shared cleaning of common areas. Bicycle storage. Environmentally friendly household with no chemicals and LED lights only.
