GYM: At the end of the garden there is a large building where there is a great selection of gym equipment for you to use. This as serves as a secure area for storing bikes.

ROOMS: All rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard with good quality furnishings

PARKING: There is space for 2 cars on the drive and there is on street parking

ALL UTILITY BILLS INCLUDED: Council tax, water rates, electricity and gas

INTERNET: High speed, good quality internet

OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED: TV Licence, Cleaner for the communal areas, gardener

OTHER PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE: All the tenants are working.
