Several rooms are available from July for the next academic year for £380-£385 in this 6-bed 3 bathroom house. There is also one room available from now for the 2019/20 2nd semester for £380. Rent includes bills with top speed broadband, and there are no fees.

The house is less than a mile to USW Atrium and to Cardiff Uni Engineering, just round the corner from local shops and close to the City Centre. It has a garden with a swing seat and table and chairs. There is central heating and it is double glazed.

We are private landlords who believe in looking after you when you rent from us.

This 6-bedroom Topaz Street house has recently been extended and updated and has 3 bathrooms or shower rooms (one on each floor). All the rooms have a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a separate lounge and kitchen. Outside there is a patio garden suitable for BBQs. The £380 - £385 rent includes gas, electricity, 350Mb/s broadband, water and sewerage bills. There is a £350 deposit.

There are no fees or other hidden costs. Please note that professionals are required to pay Council Tax in addition to other costs, while students are exempt, so this property is not suitable for non-students. Half rent will be charged over the Summer if you're not there.
