We have rooms to let in a 5-bed, 2-bathroom, professional house share in Abbey Wood.
We are in the business of professionally matching busy Londoners, like yourself, with the home you are looking for. And we think we may have found just the one.
Here it is. Your room awaits. You can call your new, stylishly-furnished home, right next to Southmere Park, your park-side place. The house has 2 single and 3 double rooms with memory foam mattresses in all rooms.
The house has just had a star-quality makeover and boasts high-standard fittings throughout: neutral interiors, fine furnishings and a separate communal lounge. To that, add a lush communal garden with a barbeque, and an expansive kitchen including white goods.
Let us talk value. For the money you earn. The money you earn hard. The rent includes gas, electricity, council tax, water, 300MB fibre broadband and a cleaner for the communal areas. In winter, you will love the gas central heating and double-glazing. During the summer, you can enjoy the barbie.
Lastly, this little nugget: You get Netflix and Amazon Prime, on the house. And, since you will not be spending any more time looking for a new home, you will have time to watch the next season of Stranger Things (they said it is coming).
Look, there's loads to explore, locally: beautiful parks, weekly car-boot sales, a variety of take-outs, excellent supermarkets and gyms expertly designed for the buffing-up of you.
And, if none of that tickles your fancy, hop on the bus to nearby Woolwich, where you will quite literally never run out of things to do. There are hair and nail salons (hands up, takers), spas, restaurants, clubs, churches, a ferry, leisure centres, one of the biggest public markets in the whole of London (runs every day), a high-street of must-have that fashion and furniture shops; the list goes on.
Abbey Wood has many parks and sports areas, including Abbey Wood Park and Bostall Gardens, which include play areas, tennis- and basketball courts, cricket- and football pitches. Sport away! Or go all aquatic on the Southmere Park lake, used for canoeing and sailing by the Greenwich Waterports Centre.
With its 24-hour bus service, you will never be left stranded. From nearby Abbey Wood Station, it takes just 25 minutes travel to Central London, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. Abbey Wood is 10 minutes from DLS station Woolwich Arsenal, where there are transport links which will take you to central London in about 10 minutes; so the possibilities are quite literally endless. The other bus stop takes you to Abbey Wood station in about 5 minutes, and from there you can hop on a train that will take you into central London in 25 minutes. One must agree, by London standards, that is downright sexy commuting.
You are virtually in the door now, we trust, but there are others that this mail has also reached... like beacons across Middle Earth. Call now and plant your flag. Move-in-costs are simply a months advance rent, plus a months refundable deposit.
Now: make that call. Before someone else does. We want you. Abbey Wood wants YOU.
