🌸 ROOM AVAILABLE IN WHITE CITY/SHEPHERD’s BUSH AREA, ZONE 2, LONDON 🌸
For young professionals 🫶🥰
With UK guarantor because of contract specificities
Move-in date: From June - Flexible to discuss
Helloo!! Our housemate is going back home, which means that we have a furnished room available in our 4-bedroom house.
You’ll be sharing with 3 lovely gals in their early 20s 🥰
We’re all working hybrid 9-6 jobs, and we’re good friends who like to hang out together, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space.
ABOUT THE ROOM:
- Rent: £835 + bills (electricity, gas, water, WiFi and council tax comes to around £85 per month, council tax band E)
- The room comes furnished - double bed, desk, chair (not in picture), wardrobe, and under-bed storage!
- The room gets good natural light and I can confirm that the room is well-suited for work from home, as we all work hybrid!
SHARED SPACES:
- Cosy living room, where we like to hang out and eat together ✨
- Equipped kitchen - Microwave, oven, oven hob, kettle, 2 fridges, freezer, washing machine (washer/dryer) included!
- Big garden 🪴
- Two bathrooms (small shower room downstairs, and bigger bathroom upstairs)
ABOUT THE AREA:
- The flat is located in a quiet area within 10 mins walk to white City station (Central Line), and 15 mins to Wood Lane (Circle, Hammersmith lines).
- Lots of buses!
- We do have multiple green areas nearby, Bentworth open space with a basketball court, Wormwood scrubs, Wormholt park, Hammersmith park, etc…
- Westfield is 15 mins walk away 🛍️🧋
- Facilities are within walking distance: Tesco, Sainsbury’s 5-10 min walk away
- Private parking space available 🚗
- Contract is via an agency, but we’re in touch with the landlords for day-to-day things. - -
- Contract type is assured shorthold tenancy.
The move-in date would be from around June, and the length of the contract is around 2 years (it might sound like a big commitment, but if you unexpectedly have to move out, there’s a possibility to leave if you find a replacement tenant)
If interested, please feel free to message me with a few details about yourself !
Best,
Chantal
